One of my great passions is the whole subject of leadership. Leadership however has never been about position but about the responsibility to bring change. Sometimes we get management and leadership confused, as management is more to do with ordering and the creating of productivity with what is already established. If you have been entrusted with a leadership responsibility, take some time to see where you can deposit something fresh that will add to it and make a difference. If we are not influencing change for the better I do not believe we are leading.
